What it is

Winter overflow shelter — Missoula Interfaith Collaborative

What it is

Extra cold-weather shelter at host churches on the coldest nights. Transportation provided.

It opens when the overnight temperature feels like 10°F or colder and the Poverello is full. Last winter, eight congregations hosted up to 40 people. Plans for winter 2026–27 have not been announced yet.
