The City of Missoula's Road Report lists two closures this week: Rodgers Street on the Northside, which closes Monday morning for sewer work on the Park on North Scott project, and Schramm Street in the Westview Park area, which stays closed into November. Montana 511 lists no construction-related restrictions on state highways in Missoula County, and the five-ton weight limit on the Nine Mile Slide Bridge remains in place.

Locations are approximate. The city's listings don't give exact start and end points.

## Downtown & Northside

- Rodgers Street (starts this week): The city's Road Report lists a planned closure here from 5 a.m. Monday, October 19 to 6 p.m. Friday, October 23 for a sewer service tie-in on the Park on North Scott project. Those times describe the whole closure period; the listing does not say whether the street reopens overnight. Detour not posted. The listing names Brandt Dahlen, 406-552-6087, as the contact. - Scott, Otis, Rodgers and Shakespeare streets: Construction on the Park on North Scott and street improvements project continues this fall, with new sidewalks, intersection work and paving planned through the project area into 2027\. Apart from the Rodgers Street closure above, the Road Report shows no other closures in the project area this week. Expect crews and check the map before you go. ## Mullan & West Missoula

## Next week

As of Monday morning, the Road Report shows no planned closures starting the week of October 26\. One road item to note: the city and the Missoula Redevelopment Agency will hold a public meeting on proposed River Road improvements between Bondurant Court and Russell Street from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 28, at Garden City Harvest, 1657 River Road. That project is in early design, with construction anticipated in 2027\. [City notice](https://www.ci.missoula.mt.us/m/newsflash/Home/Detail/3437?ref=missoula-commons.com)
