City of Missoula Website Survey Open

The City of Missoula is preparing for a full redesign of its official website, www.ci.missoula.mt.us, and community voices are at the center of the process. A new, modernized site is planned for 2026, and before the work begins, the City is asking residents to share their ideas for how the website can better serve Missoulians.

The online survey takes about four minutes to complete and is open through December 30. Community members are encouraged to offer feedback on what features they rely on most, what information they want easier access to, and what improvements would help create a smoother, more intuitive online experience.

From quick access to public meetings and city services to clearer navigation for departments, permits, transportation updates, or emergency information, the City aims to build a site that reflects how people actually use it. Your insights will help guide the redesign and ensure it meets the needs of residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
